About Us

For thirteen years, I worked with the same employer in a corporate environment where I thrived. I was promoted often, respected by my peers, and I thought I had it all figured out. But in my final two years there, I took on a volunteer role in social change and social justice work, work that afforded me opportunities to help my colleagues and peers to step into their authenticity, to bring their full selves to work. It was tireless work that helped me to discover an unexpected love for helping others to find their voice.
The Pivot
When my role was eliminated in a global staffing reduction, I found myself in an unexpected season of reflection. And in that quiet space, I discovered something hard to admit: while I was helping others find their authenticity, I wasn't being fully true to my own.
My Foundation
I grew up in a faith-based foundation. My father was a pastor in Southeast Texas, and the church was my community, where I felt safe, grounded, and at peace. But somewhere along the way, in corporate life, I learned to compartmentalize that faith. I didn't profess it openly. I went along with the grain when professional situations seemed to dictate otherwise. I was compromising who I really was.
The Reckoning
That reflection season forced a reckoning: I would no longer let the temperature of a room dictate how I carried my spiritually, my faith, or my character. My foundation isn't something to be ashamed of. It's my core. And it should show up in every domain-my professional walk, my personal life, my relationships, all of it.
Why Honor & Heir
I also learned something crucial about business: most of your success comes from authenticity. People do business with people they trust. And people can't trust you if they don't know who you are. So I made a decision. Honor & Heir exists because I decided to build something the way I believe it should be built, with integrity, with faith as the foundation, and with the understanding that real legacy isn't built on compromise. It's built on the courage to show up as yourself, fully and unapologetically, in every season and every circle.
Our Mission
At Honor & Heir, our mission is simple: to create premium apparel that reflects faith, integrity, and legacy—without the noise. After spending years compartmentalizing who I was, I decided to build a brand where that compromise would never exist. Where faith isn't whispered. Where integrity isn't negotiable. Where legacy isn't an afterthought.
What's in the Name
The name borrows its meaning from my father. For over 80 years, he's lived to serve others and positively impact everyone he comes in contact with — if he can't help someone, he knows someone who can. His endless service continues to bless me, my siblings, and extended family with countless "Oh, you're Rev's son? Your father has done so much for so many of us - whatever you need, let me know" encounters. My father has always lived his "todays" in a way that makes the "tomorrows" of his lineage that much easier.
Honor & Heir borrows from his example. Honor is the daily discipline — integrity, faith, and character in every room you enter. Heir is what's next — the reminder that everything you build is meant for someone else to inherit. Together, they're the whole philosophy: live with honor today, so what you leave behind becomes someone's inheritance tomorrow.
Faith
Grounded, not performative. Faith lived daily, in every domain—your professional walk, your personal life, your relationships. It shows up in how we design, who we partner with, and the conversations our customers tell us our products have sparked. Every piece is meant to be a conversation starter—not just a design, but an invitation. A chance for someone to ask what it means, and for you to share a deeper understanding of the scripture behind it. The apparel is just the medium. The real work is the conversation—helping others see that God's word still speaks directly into everyday life. Curiosity leads to growth. One conversation at a time.
Integrity
The kind that shows up when no one's watching. It's in our material choices, our pricing, our customer relationships. It's the reason we won't compromise on quality or cut corners for margin. Integrity is what builds trust, and trust is everything.
Legacy
What you build and pass down matters more than what trends today. Every piece we create is an investment in character, not just fashion. We're building something that outlasts the season—for you, and for the people you influence.

Wear Your Legacy
Honor & Heir exists for people who've decided that hiding who they are isn't worth the cost. For the conversations that happen when someone notices what you're wearing and asks what it means. For fathers, mothers, and leaders building something their kids will inherit-not just materially, but in character.
Every piece you wear is a quiet declaration. A choice to show up as yourself-in the boardroom, the grocery store, the golf course, the ball game, the barbershop, the nail salon, the family get together, the boy's night out, the brunch with the ladies, and the date night with the spouse. In every space that matters to you. That's where the real influence is.
Are you ready to wear your legacy?
